The XCHG has both hot desks and dedicated desks which can be paid for on flexible terms. The XCHG membership options are tiered and you will be provided with a package of credits which can be redeemed across the month with anyone from your team!

  • Activate 4 credits per month @ £199+VAT/month
  • Elevate – 8 credits per month (Monday and Friday only) @£199+VAT/month
  • Growth – 12 credits per month @ £299+VAT/month
  • Accelerate – 20 credits per month @ £399+VAT/month
  • Dedicated Desk – 5 days per week @ £499+VAT/month

Meeting Rooms

 

We have an abundance of different sized meeting rooms from, 4 to 60 people, available for your specific needs. Hire by the hour, half day or full day options available.

  • Prices start at £50+VAT per hour.


Event Space

 

The XCHG can host events in the large auditorium, on the mezzanine floor or in the meeting rooms with networking space in the kitchen too. We can host your event for up to 350 people. Get in touch with your exact requirements and we can provide you with a bespoke quotation.

As a guide price, for 60 people the auditorium costs

  • £375+VAT per hour
  • £1,499+VAT for half a day.
  • £1,999+VAT for one full day
